Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Shinba service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your content

You own your uploads, transcripts, and renders. You grant Shinba a non-exclusive, limited license to process and store your content solely to operate the Service. We never use customer content to train models.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains child sexual abuse material, or violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that breach this clause.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion and typically granted within 7 days of charge.

5. Service availability

Shinba is provided "as is." We target high availability but don't guarantee uptime. We will give reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shinba's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect.
